    Unhappy Teres Minor Injury

    i injured my teres minor being a jackass.

    did a search and came up with no results on this site and limited on google.

    anyone have any experience with this type of injury or shoulder type injuries in general. any horror/miracle stories? if nothing else to entertain/inform myself and others.

    but this is good!
    my legs and abs need work so i'm still pretty excited to go to the gym!!
