    Blood Clot from injection

I am assuming that I had gotten a blood clot from hitting a vien in my calf a year and a half ago. Doctors say I am healthy and my blood shows no signs of being prone to blood clots. A blood clot was found about a week ago in my leg and now I am taking blood thinners. Does anybody have any such experience of getting a blood clot through hitting a vien during injection? The thing is that I am almost 100% sure that I got this clot from a bad injection in which i hit a vien in my calf. Can I ever do testosterone again?

I don't see why not after the clot clears. Have to be very careful with clots. Had one in my calf years back that put me in the hospital for three days on blood thinners and hot water wraps. They thought it may break free and head north and do serious damage. It was caused by knee wraps. Was training for a power meet and a buddy, soon to be a National Powerlifting Champ, wrapped my knees which literally broke a vein in my gastroc. I've never wrapped since and quite honestly my knees have never been better.....

Thanks for the insight man, it's a relief to hear that i can get back on when it clears. I had some major pain last week, I was injecting a blood thinner for 3 days. Now they got me taking Warfarin but after about a week I am feeling almost no pain after a couple Tylenols. They made a big deal because some people are very prone to having clots but my blood is good, and cholesterol is good. I just hit a vein, everyting else is cool. Im gonna make sure to stay off the knee wraps too.
