    serious injury, broken bones. Steriods?

I recently broke both my legs and shattered my ankle bones, would it be a healthy move to take steroids to help me with my healing or would there be a bad effect during this time? I want to make sure I am making a good move and not going to slow my risk of healing. What are the positive effect and negative effects on taking steroids with such a serious injury? I have 2 broken tibulas, 2 shattered ankles and one is going to have to be fused. Please help. I am still working out the rest of my body, I just want to make sure that taking steroids with this injuring is going to weaken them or actually help them mend better and quicker.

Growth Hormone would help and a compund that helps with collegen synthesis and bone density, maybe anavar , deca , even EQ but u would have to supplement with some test as well. Not a doc, not an expert, not medical advice.

Anavar (in moderate doses) and Cissus would help.

i don't believe steroids will help, if anything it will probably cause you to not heal correctly and cause other problems.

    Never head of that.
But pretty much anything that increases protein synthesis will help.
This includes any steroids , GH, or insulin .
Anavar is just the safest and most comprehensive choice, IMO.
And definitely Cissus, as it has been shown to help heal bone fractures.

I'm with redz in thinking steroids would be a waste of time for you. You just need to rest and let your ankles heal. I'm not sure how effective this would be, but SARMS are purported to assist in bone regeneration, and if gh is out of reach for you, then perhaps some peptides or MK-677, which is said to increase the amount of GH your body releases could be worth a try.

However, I am not a doctor, and really encourage you to ask an orthopedic. He won't report you, and would most likely tell you the truth. I really wish you good luck, and hope you get to feeling better soon.

HGH could help but I would look into a supplement called "cissus". I believe it was used long ago by the Indians to heal broken bones. It should aid in a speedier recovery.

Steroids won't help and can only harm the healing process. You can take steroids once you've healed. Certain steroids, HGH and other supplements are used in the medical field but not with your diagnoses. Trust me if it would help the healing process in situations like yours the medical world would use steroids at the recommended levels that they use them now for other disease processes.

A good physical therapy program will help put the body in the optimal healing state, and then your body will do the rest. It takes time, bone takes about 10-14 weeks to heal in a healthy individual, and can take even longer if you have other comorbidities to deal with. Good luck in your rehab
