    SOB...☠@✴#ing Tri's.....!

    Hey Buds,

I don't know what happened but last night i WO and did tris (usually do about 8-10sets).

Anyway, was doing tri extensions on the bench, and felt a slight pain in the "ELBOW" and then stopped working the tris. It wasn't that painful, so i just moved onto delts and did a few sets there. When i was doing some machine presses, i noticed no pain in the Tris.

Later that night, the pain in the Elbow increase to about "an 8."
When pressure is applied (like trying to push up on the arms of a chair to get up), the pain is sharp. This morning same thing....

    • What DA flock did i do?
    • What's the FASTEST way to heal this injury?

    Thanks man!

(*not sure what i did, but obviously its a sprain or tear) I can move the arm fine, but ain't no way to do any push exercises at this point.)

Rest and some anti inflammatory medication, hopefully just a tweak and nothing major. Maybe some ice/heat therapy, but I'm sure some of the more knowledgeable members will chime in with some advice.

    Thanks Zemp.

ACTUALLY, upon further discovery, the pain is emanating from the Elbow....like at the very point of the elbow.

BUT, after getting out of the shower this morning, JUST pulling the towel from side to side across my back is painful.

    (F**k me)

    MF...(LOL....oh well).

Rest it, don't push it and do more damage. Give it a couple days with some advil or something and see how it feels.

Bursitis may be the worst pain and my enemy in that exact area.

    Rest, Ibuprophen, and Rest
