    Arm and shoulder injury

    I hurt my arm like four weeks ago and it's finally getting better. I had a sharp pain in my forearm everytime I did bi's and tri's. Now I just did shoulder today and fuck up the left side I felt it 15 min after I got back from the gym. Pain in my neck is the worst every time I turn my head it hurt or bend my neck. I rested and it feels much better and just put some tiger balm on it and there not much pain more soreness now then any thing.:

    Wow bro, sounds pretty bad!

    Are you warming up enough? 5-10 mins cardio, followed by 10 mins light sets on most bodyparts and lots of stretching (don't forget to warm your next up too - we strain a lot when lifting!)?

    Def I just started stretching but sometimes I don't. From now on thats the frist thing I doing when I walk into the gym. I'm going to keep it light next week. My shoulder seem to better today.
