Kicking my @$$. It keeps your intensity at 100% all the time. I was feeling so-so yesterday but i would look at my previous lift and know in my head i have two options more weight or more reps no questions asked. My entire body is sore right now.

I know what you mean lol. after leg days I cant walk the next day, and the extreme streching is torture.

    Wink watch it

D.C. training does work well, but it puts a lot of stress on the tendons causing them to sometimes tear easily. If you do D.C. train with your mind and not your instinct. Good Luck

Good advice. You have to check your ego at the door with this routine and do what your body can handle. If you can do that then the numbers WILL go up.

DC is my favorite form of training - it works better than anything else i have used (especially better than the one body part/wk that is so common). Funny thing is i find it is less stressful on my joints as i have to use lower weights due to the controlled slow negative.

when repetitve amount of stress is constintly forced upon muscles while fatiqueing, the stress and weight is spreaded out to the secondary muscles, and outer exerction points of the muscles for complettion of the full range of rep motion.
