    Gaining mass and strength

    Hey guys...maybe somebody can shed some light on this subject for me. I want to gain some size but I also wanted to strength train for various sports and make the muslces more dense. If I hit most muscle groups twice a week one workout to gain mass and the other for strength would i get the benifit of both? Or would doing this inhibit my results?

    Post up your proposed routine. If you want size and stregnth, then you need to eat clean and heavy and lift somewhat heavy. There are multiple approaches to it. If you are lifting for sports and athletics, most require speed above stregnth. If you are a lineman playing football or something like that, then you should stregnth train. What exactly are your goals? what size? where are you in relation to the goal?
