when should i train my bis & tris ?
the routine below is how i currently split my workout:
chest & tri
Back & bis
shoulders
legs
is this okay or should i be training my bis & tris together and doing the other body parts seperately as i feel fatigued after my chest and back workouts.
thanks

There really is no right or wrong answer here. You're gonna have to play around with it until you see what works for you. From personal experience, I hate chest/tri's. My tri's are completely shot after my chest workout and my tri exersizes are pathetic. Currently, I do Shoulders/traps/tri's. Seems to work for me, just find whats best for you.

Whatever feels best to you. I love doing bi's and tri's together on their own day

I like back with bi's and chest with tri's
After all they work together IMO they should be trained together...
Plus they're small muscles in comparison to others. I don't feel they need a whole day and 10-12 sets for themselves.
But there is really no right or wrong answer here.

I like old school Back/bi's chest/tri's but if I do these body parts within two consecutive days & the bi's-tri's lacked intenisity due to fatigue I would try & hit the arms up as a combo 3 days later. Always does the trick, I just miss out on my off training day.

I run em right after eachother and feel great. I don't know, I just like to keep shoulders about 2-3days from back/bis/chest/tris other wise it def fs me up

I do chest/bi's and shoulders/tri's. I've been doing this for a while and like it a lot, but had been doing arms on their own day before for a while. Just something different though
