Im trying to bring my chest up so I want to train it 2x a week without over training tell me what you guys think.
Mon: Back + Bi's
Tue: Shoulders
Wed: Rest
Thur: Chest
Fri:Legs
Sat: Rest
Sun:Chest + Tri's
