    Workout advice

    Hi,guys i need a bit of advice for my workout routine.first i was training only 4 days a week but now for this week i moved to train 5 days a week.
    First workout chart when i was training 4 days a week.
    1.chest and triceps
    2.back and biceps
    3.rest
    4.shoulder and abs
    5.legs and calves
    6.rest
    7.rest
    but from this week i start train 5 days a week and my workout chart like this
    1.chest and calves
    2.back and abs
    3.arms (biceps and triceps)
    4.shoulder and calves
    5.legs and abs
    6.rest
    7.rest
    years in training 2.5 years
    body status
    75 kg body weight with 12 % body fat
    i want to should i do my new wokout routine which is for 5 days a week or stick to my old workout routine which is better for me please help

    pick the one that is easier to maintain - consistency is king

    I think he's saying either one will be good, as long as you are consistent for the long run. If you can't maintain intensity at 5/days a week, then 4/days a week will give you better results.

    consistency is king... and variety is the spice of life. For me being consistent is key. Going to the gym and busting ass the foundation for it all. Doing different set-ups like 3 day splits or 4 day splits. along with switching the order of exercise routines.
