    Just did cardio then had breakfast. Down to 4. I plan on keeping it at that for tomorrow too (last day). Ill report back later if Im still getting the shakes.

    No sides at all. Tomorrow is the last day of clen . I will do an analysis tomorrow of everything I have observed since the start.

    Yea i plan on ramping down on my next cycle so its easier on my body (thats what it says in the clen handbook, so i figure why not)

    Day 14

    Last day . I took 4 today, again no sides. Later at the gym I'm going to have my bodyfat taken. Ive lost a few pounds and my chest and especially stomach are alot leaner. This stuff is great. I wasnt sure if I was going to use it for a second cycle, but I definitely will in 2 weeks!!! My arms are more cut too. Im sure if my diet was ALITTLE better my results would have been even better, but I havent lost any size so ill take that. Ill report my stats later.

    Ya Iceman, I was hoping for some more sides so I knew it was working, lol. Just minor minor sides. I know how your feeling this is my last week too. When did you notice your greatest results?

    I noticed my greatest results towards the end I'd say. Im really happy with it. I didnt get to have my bodyfat tested today cuz the trainers werent in at 10PM at my gym. Ill have to wait till thursday and i can go earlier (my internship is 9-5 mon-wed).

    I tried to have my bodyfat tested, but one of the trainers said I should wait unitl next time so i can get it done before I lift. So, the goal is tomorrow in which case Ill report back then.

    I just had my bf taken. I definitely didnt do it right because I ate a huge meal, then got it done. The trainer asked if I drank enough water, and I kinda didnt cuz I was at the beach all day. I did it anyway and it came out at 19%. Even he was like there is no way your 19%. My arms said 9%. Based on some of the estimates you guys give other bros on the board Id say im between 10-12%. He also said I have to drink alot more water, because that makes it lower. I figured that would make you more bloated, but that didnt seem to be the case. Ill have it done again soon and hopefully I can post some pics.

    YEa it freaked me out, but then i realized im definitely not 19%. Id honestly be surprised if i was over 12, prob. closer to 10. Ill have it done again in a few days. ALso, most of the bros on this board always say that you shouldnt go by the calipers, machines, etc. to measure bodyfat. Just by looking in the mirror you can tell your progress and if you look good. Im pretty happy the way I am, as long as I keep my gains from my 1st cycle...which ive done so far..

    Very Very True. The Scale is also just an added bonus number for our enjoyment, lol. The mirror is the true answer. Im a strong believer in that. you see when in a club or where-ever, chicks could really give a rats ass if you tell em' your BF% is 10%, its all on how you look

    Im noticing strength gains off both Clen and ECA (not at the same time, but cycled) I'd put it down to improved CNS recovery/recruitment, which is pretty good for the ego.

    Im loving both the clen and eca, especially for the ECA's appetite supression and feeling high as a kite on it!!!

    my clen experience a week and a half ago, for 2 weeks on up to 200 mcg. It was awesome, DEFINATELY WORKS. I was at around 12 % BF and after one week am definately down by a percent or 2 or 3. Arms are separtated and delts are showin lines.

    I love that stuff.

    I wanna go back on soooo bad. I am supposed to start next monday...

    DO I REALLY HAVE TO WAIT? cause Im thinkin maybe on tomorrow... I'll start a little early.

    When you are doing the 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off cycle with Clen . Are you increasing the dosage from 20mcg up to for example 120mcg only the first week, and thereafter take 120mcg every day when you are on Clen, or do you start from 20mcg every time you start on after the 2 weeks break?

    HAHAHA definitely wait bro. You dont want to screw up your body because you didnt wait it out a few days. Ill be starting it up again in a few days. I was gonna start tomorrow but i might wait an extra day or two.

    I'm gonna be taking clen in about 2 weeks and im sticking to the 1st example in the clen handbook. Highest dosages is 100mcg. I was wondering when i should take the clen? I wake up around 10, and ill be hitting the gym from 12 to 5. My friend said i should go to the gym, lift, take the clen, then do some cardio. Dunno tho :/

    Take the clen AFTER you do cardio, or it will screw with your breathing which i have stated before. Try to do cardio first thing in the morning if you can, but obviously everyone has different schedules so if you can only fit it in after you work out, do cardio THEN take the clens.

    My schedule has been so hectic lately I think i will wait another 5 weeks or so before starting clen . I honestly dont have time to wake up an extra hour or so earlier to do cardio in the AM, and between my internship, job, and online class I dont have that much free time at all. Oh well, at least i still have time to lift.
