    Worked out at 7:30, awesome pumps, mostly mental, but strength was tip top with no drowsyness. Tommorow Im dosing 40mcg's in the morning before cardio (fingers twisted)

    you may find that taking clens AFTER cardio may be better since its screws with your breathing. i found that helped me at least

    As of 7:00p.m to current(3hrs.), I've had a minor but noticable headaches, along with minor shakes during the afternoon.

    Todays Dosage: 240mcg (4 lines). Im starting to think this custom blend is more like 400mcgs.(Overdosed liquid clen, configuered out to be 600, from conversion,thats where that number came from. )

    Summary:
    Did not dose before cardio this morning, As of 10:00am Im wired like no ones business, jumpin off the walls. No major headache,just minor on/off symptom, hard to concentrate.Feel relativly warm, I will be taking my body tempurature starting tommorow, minor sweatier hands than normal. (my hands never sweat)

    So I worked Back and Shoulders tonight, everything went ok except for the minor headaches, anyone take ibuprofin for a precursor? After I tanned prior to working out I was HELLLLLA dizzy. I've never been dizzy like that before. Body Temp seemed fine(mind you I just got out of a tanning bed). During my work out I did seem juiced but twards the end just feeling like I worked out for 5hrs. Interestingly I hope I can go to bed tonight. I promise I will dose before cardio tommorow to give you all a heads up.

    Todays Dosage: 300mcgmcg (5 lines). K now Im seriously thinking this custom blend is more like 400 or maybe even the standard 200mcg/ml. If I seriously took 300mcg, I would be jumping from my front porch onto my roof, or dead.

    Summary:
    HAHA didnt dose before morning cardio, I knew I would be dosing another 60mcg.minor headache, this things been continuos, not hard to deal with though.

    Following this with some interest since I plan on alternating clen in and out with my ECA stack for the next twelve weeks. Out of curiosity, have you noticed that the clen is affecting the physical output level you need to perform in order to obtain a desired HR? I prefer to do up my morning cardio at a HR of 130-138 BPM and, prior to the introduction of the ECA, a treadmill inclined at 15 degrees moving at about 4.2-4.3 MPH was just what the doctor ordered for me to sit happily in that range. Now, it seems that I can start there fine enough, but by the ten minute mark or so, I have to lower it to 4.0 MPH and about a 12 degree incline or my HR pops up a bit too high for my liking (not in regards to health, but in regards to staying at about 70% MHR). So it would appear that less activity is required for me to reach the same desired HR range....this was somewhat expected, but I'm wondering if clen had an even more dramatic effect for you.

    well to be honest with you I havent Dosed 30minutes before cardio in the morning yet, but, As far as evening cardio routines, 130-138bpm Is NOT hard at all to maintain, especially on liq clen , so yes lowering the mph or what ever you have to do to keep your pulse rate steady is reccomended IMO. Has it affected me? no I dont think so , I am just extra carefull when it comes to HIIT cardio routines. Dont want the heart to explode, just to be on the safe side untill I know what my bodys ok with I usually hop of for 10 sec. and check my pulse rate for 10 sec. then x by 6, then I know where IM at.

    Todays Dosage: 6lines(5.2 units)K now I know this dosage is not 600mcg/ml. Technically Iwould have just taken 360mcg's lol. I'd be seriously dead imo. Thats like 18 tabs/day, Im going to have to revise this mcg/ml. The mom is up to 100mcg/day, and shes not jumping off the walls or anything. I know for a fact shes got 200mcg/ml.I will update mine later

    Summary:
    last nights cardio was tiring, same symptoms as day2. Felt like I worked out for 10 hours(exag.) Pulse Rate is up at rest though in comparison to other days IE (56)

    I finally did it. Shot 10units 20minutes before AM cardio. About 5 minutes into runnning at the high school track in the blistering heat, I felt like I had been running for 2 hours. Breathing was deep and gasping(I dont have asthma).I sweated like never before. It truly was an experiance. Im going to shoot after cardio from now on.

    K I WILL NO LONGER TAKE CLEN BEFORE LIFTING EITHER!!!. Shiet, IE: Tonight I was on bench hittin my first set Boomin', after 6 reps my amazing rythem came to a HALT! It felt like someone just pulled the plug, I HAD NO STRENGTH. So I thought this was mental, hell no, 2nd set,3rd,4th. Incline 1st,2nd,3rd. etc. It seemed that after 6 reps on EVERY exercise I was failing with no strength at all. IMO Clen sucks before a workout!!

    Sometimes I'll split the doses up at 8am/2am, or just all @ 8am.

An entire medium pizza by myself 1/2 hawain, 1/2 chicken mushroom and olive, dayumm that shxt was good, weird thing was I never felt bloated. odd, definatly odd.     yeah im also using clen in the 2 week on 2 week off fashion, but in between my weeks on clen in using an ECA stack. U might want to look into that just to keep the body fat melting off.


    my clen program thus far:
    the first day i started at 40 mcg of liquid clen. had good shakes, pretty hard breathing though, before cardio. Cardio seemed to go fine i have been upping the dosage of it at 40 mcg a day and am today i finished with 150mcg (about) headaches went away after the first week and shakes are still there but not nearly as intense.

    why after morning cardio, you take eca stacks before so why would you take clen after? yes i noticed that i had to decrease my usual speed to maintian an optimal heart rate but is that bad? please explain

    ya bro I know about ECA, its on tommorow. As far as dosin' before cardio FVCK that, my **** was overdosed and NOT makin me feel good during working out, besides being the half life is roughly 32-35 hours, with the amount I was taking/day I still had plenty from the morning before.
