Dbol at 30 mg ed weeks 1-4
PCT Nola,Clom, tribulus
Calories will be around 5000 to 6000
with 3-400g of Protien 6-700 g of carbs and mostly good fats to fill in the rest

Wednesday off abs and light cardio
Thursday on Shoulders and lower back
Friday on Chest and Bis
