incline (5 sets of each excerise going up in weight for 15reps ending @5rep
decline (5 sets of each excerise going up in weight for 15reps ending @5rep
hammer curls(5 sets of each excerise going up in weight for 15reps ending@5rep
standing alternate curls (5 sets of each excerise going up in weight for 15reps ending @5rep
flat bar curls (5 sets of each excerise going up in weight for 15reps ending @5rep
ez curl bar (5 sets of each excerise going up in weight for 15reps ending @5rep
fore arm ---exceise for my dirt bike
tues.
boxing and legs
wed.
rest
thurs.
back and tri's and light shoulders
fri.
Boxing
sat.
light full body work out (everything) ???
I have been working out off and on for 6yrs steady for 1 year at home (limited equipment )
I am 27 5'11 and 205 dont know body fat ?
I have really bad shoulders so I cant lift to heavy
any advise would be appreacited good or bad
