This is the my first go around with clen .
My Stats: 5foot 7.5 inches, 195lbs, 30%bf (according to scale, i venture to guess that is a real high estimate).
My Goals: To get down to 7percent body fat with cycles of clen and a AS Cutting cycle that will be coming up sometime soon.
Day 1: 25mcg taken at 6:15pm on an empty stomach. No Cardio done today. But a strenous day at work.
Its only been about 10 minutes since i ingested the Clen and i can honestly say i feel drunk. It is kicking in but i feel drunk.
Will update day to day.

Update: Played a little one on one basketball for about 30 minutes we will see tonight where my weight is.

Ok Update. First day 10pm.
Weight: Still 195
BF: up to 33% like i said the scale lies. Thats 3percent it said i put on just today ha.
Very minor minor minor shakes.
Tune in tomarrow for the next update. It will be a 50mcg day.

Good luck with this bro. Clen /ECA is a good choice from what I understand, and I'm planning on starting that soon.
To be honest, scales are usually not too good to go on, and I'd highly recommend getting a set of calipers to get a far more accurate reading.

Today I took 50mcg. No sides. I didnt do cardio at the gym but i had one hell of a workout playing football today. Probably two hours of fast paced hard running action.
Weight @ 10:22pm - 195 (+/- 0 from yesterday)
Bf% 31 (-2% from last night)
Tomarrow i will be doing 75mcg.

Bro, are you saying that you weigh 190lbs, and you've got 30%BF and your gunna be at 7% by the end of your cycle? look at my clen diary aswell, 50mcg........wait till your up at 200mcg, then youll be feelin good.

no bro i am saying one day i want to be at 7. besides that 30 isnt accurate. My scale is messed. But i figure if i follow it and it keeps going down i can at least expect to be down in body fat.

Day 3 of the Saga...;
Sides: I was Shaking all day up until around 3 o clock i took the dosage at 8 o clock.
Weigh in at 11pm: 196.5 pounds (+1.5 lbs) Bf%: 29 (-2%)
No Cardio today because of personal reasons. None probably tomarrow for the same reason.

I said the same once, well thats because I had massive DIORHHEA, therefore cardio and that syptom didnt mix IMO. lol

Day 4: 100mcg, 199lbs, no cardio
Day 5: 125mcg, 196lbs, no cardio, 12:55am weigh in.
Day 6: 130mcg, 197lbs, no cardio, 12:30am weigh in.
Day 7: 125mcg, 195lbs, no cardio, 10:57pm weigh in. (Today)

Throughout this i have so far seen increased vascularity. I also ran out of taurine 2 days ago which would be day 5. Waiting for my order to come in. I really dont have any of the cramps other than in the back of my calves.
BUT THE HEADACHES. DO THEY EVER HURT. HEADACHES HEADACHES HEADACHES.

Day 8: 125mcg, weigh in time. 11:08PM : 193.5 (-1.5) Bf% 28 (-1%).
Side effects: My body is dealing with the shakes and in fact i really dont notice them. I stopped my headache with some Excedrin Migraine. And once again no cardio done.

Day 9: 130mcg.
Side effects minimum. Only noticed loss of endurance and heavy breathing during my softball game. No Headaches today at all.
Weigh in time: 9:00 Weight 191.5 (-2lbs) Bf%: 28 (+/- 0)

bro, how are you eating?? good-bad-average??? And cardio is VERY essential in fat loss if this is your main goal.... but keep up the journal, good reading..

How am i eating? I am eating anything i want to be honest. Had some hot dogs from the local texas hot restaurant today, and then some Pizza and Chicken wings after i went golfing today. I did not weigh in today because i am too drunk to look at the scale.

Ah in my opinion, if you're really after a lean body, you should be on a VERY strict diet and cardio at least 5x week. Hotdogs, pizza, and chicken wings arnt the best ways to go. But other than that, gl with it bro. Ill be starting my clen cycle shortly.

my scale gives me my bf% @34%. It's wrong because it works out my bf from my height and my ideal weight and how much im over it. If i were to lose 10lbs and get closer to my 'ideal' bw then the bf% would drop even if i had actually lost 10lbs of muscle and therefore raised my bf%. If i were you (unless you actually are 30% meaning you are obese!) i would ignor ethe bf reading on your scales and get it tested in the gym or something.

You need to get real. You said you're going to a cutting cycle yet not one day have you done cardio or even lifted. You're looking for a quick fix and this isn't it. I'd rething my proirotites if i was you. If you want to see how to train hard and drop weight and how it's done properly take a look @ my DNP journal
