Well i just completed week 12 of my first cycle.
my cycle went like this
wk1-4 dbol 30mg ed
wk 1-12 test e 400mg ew
also ran nolva and ldex
my weight went from 153 to 200 lbs.
i started out eating around 4000 cal a day and my weight stalled about week 7 at 183 and i up the cals to 5000 and the weight kept coming.
bench went from 265 to 335
squat went from 350 to 435
47 pounds? damm thats alot,,, how bout some pics

If you ate 4000+ cals weighing just 153lbs of course you're going to put on some significant fat. Still, you have a good base to work with now, good work bro

47 lbs is kickass! I'll be curious to see what you end up keeping...I gained 20 and kept 15 myself :( Next week I start to try and gain another 20!
47 pounds is crazy for one cycle. How much have u kept since? Dbol is a water retianing steroid so the gains you got from that are gonna me hard to keep. keep drinking water
