Well i just completed week 12 of my first cycle.
my cycle went like this
wk1-4 dbol 30mg ed
wk 1-12 test e 400mg ew
also ran nolva and ldex
my weight went from 153 to 200 lbs.
i started out eating around 4000 cal a day and my weight stalled about week 7 at 183 and i up the cals to 5000 and the weight kept coming.
bench went from 265 to 335
squat went from 350 to 435
