Sleeping with clen?

I am on my 5th day of clen , and I cannot sleep, I toss and turn at nights. I cant sleep for more than an hour at a time. I dont get hot and sweaty just uncomfortable. What can I do to help sleep?? Thanks in advance!!!

try getting some melatonin and taking 6-9 mgs ....it seems to work for me

take the clen in the morning. or overdose on sleeping pills, this works too but you might not wake back up.

Lemme see... while on clen .. An anti-histamine will knock you out without any real drug-interactions (negative that is)... Periactin or Claritin works

If you don't want to go that route.. try 5-hydroxytryptophan

melatonin isn't bad.. but the effects probably won't last for the duration of your cycle

Should try the clen with ketofin(spelling) its supposed to make people drowsey or knock em right out.
