First Cycle-adivse Needed

Hey... 26, 5'10", 165lbs, 5%bf is my stats.....

4weeks-25mg dbol
6weeks-400mg deca.... is what i am thinkin about doing....

and MASS is what I am looking for!:help:



Any suggestions and should I take an antiesrogen after?

If you are going for mass, you should throw in some test and extend the cycle to 8 weeks... Have nolva on hand or run armidex thru out the cylce. And of course you need clomid

Get some test in there but I,m pretty sure we discussed this before?

Do 8 weeks of deca 400mg and sust 500mg with the d-bol for 4 weeks at 30mg a day and you,ll notice good gains if your diet is right and training is correct

Thanks for the help, but do you guys think i could gain 20lbs in 8 weeks with just deca using it for my first time??
