OK i finally started my cycel at the begging of this week.
It is a test enathnate 500 a week 250 on monday and 250 on thursday
towards the end i am going to throw in some winny
Her are some stats

i rep 235x10 on bench right now for a set
i can curl my last set 135x8 striaght barbell
no squat aveable
no deadlift either
i can't give my maxs cauase i have not maxed out any time latley
After first week i have had no real notacable results.
other then i feel more intense well working out, it has also been a little harder to fall asleep i toss and turn alot before i fall asleep, i will have an update at the end of next week
