FIrst Cycle Diary
OK i finally started my cycel at the begging of this week.
It is a test enathnate 500 a week 250 on monday and 250 on thursday
towards the end i am going to throw in some winny
Her are some stats
6'6
285
i rep 235x10 on bench right now for a set
i can curl my last set 135x8 striaght barbell
no squat aveable
no deadlift either
i can't give my maxs cauase i have not maxed out any time latley
After first week i have had no real notacable results.
other then i feel more intense well working out, it has also been a little harder to fall asleep i toss and turn alot before i fall asleep, i will have an update at the end of next week

oh workouts look like this
Monday=Chest
Tuseday=Back
Wednesday=bi/tris
thursday=shoulders
Friday=legs
sat/sun=off

i was just curious about your routine...
i see you do your delts the day after your tri's. do you not find it hard to do shoulder/military presses if your tri's are aching from the previous workout?
i have real trouble with my triceps, they always seem to ache and have to space out tri's, chest and delts as much as possible

Sorry for not being on for awhile troublw with the internet,
OK Week 2
No Significant changes so far, i have noticed a slight increase in some back acne, no biggy though.
I have noticed that well lifting i have they feeling of not wanting to stop i want to lift and loift until i explode.

Since i am here now i might aswell updatwe on week 3, My intensity has gone throught the roof well i am lifting, from my reps on week 1 to now i have notice that my last set is alot easier and that i want to start a 5th set insteed of doing 4, i will just up the wight for next week, Also sleeping problems continue. I have had a significate increase in sweat, i mean i sweat like crazy now, just sitting here typeing right now sweat is dripping from my pits but i lopve the feeling i am getting in the wiegfht room. i don't care if i sit here like a sweating pig in class as long as i get the result i am lloking for

this way my triceps have a full 5 days rest before i train chest and 6 days before i train delts
by the way i am also sweating like a pig on the test (i am just into my 3rd week)
especially in the night
i'm sleeping much better now though

when i started the cycle my gyms scale was busted and i was wieghing in at about 287 the other day i was at 297 but that was with clothes and shoes sopping wet after a workout

my overall cycle looks like this:
weeks 1 - 4: D-Bol (30mg/day)
weeks 1 - 10: Test. E (500mg/week)
weeks 7 - 12: winny tablets (50mg/day)
i gained 13 lbs in 2weeks
but that is all from the DBol + water weight
i doubt my Test has even kicked in yet

1'm 5ft 10, this is my first cycle too, started off at 170lbs - went up to 183 in two weeks, in my 3rd week now, havent weighed myself yet
i am impressed with the weight i am gaining (even though my waist is also getting bigger)
was expecting more of a strength gain though - i'm adding 1 or 2 reps each time , but hoping for more. my shoulder press actually went DOWN the other day - i was very
P!ssed off,
apart from that everything's been cool
i dont feel that much bigger but some of the people in the gym say that i am looking big
i suppose i see myself in the mirror everday so its harder for me to tell
i've had to loosen my watch strap, so i must be doin something right if even my wrists are gettin bigger

first couple of times i had some real pain in my glutes about 24hours after, lasting for a couple of days, but i hardly get it at all now

IT is definitly kicken in today i did bench i did the same reps as last week with no problem last week i ended on 255 for 4 this week i did it for 6 with out a spot, plus flie were like cake, next week i am going to up the wieght for the flies

hmm if i were you i would try sum sustanon 250, with sum tren , and eq youll look solid also with a good diet your sure to be good. im 6'6 260 i did sust 250 and deca first cycle i blew up to 273 i was 244 before it was better than sex the pumps i would get ...just my opinion bro good luck test e will bloat u i tried test cyp and hated the ****

well labor day weekend kinda ****ed me over but oh well, i ate like **** had no diet no protien intake(shakes) my sleep schedule went to **** as well, took shot monday and the gym was closed it has thrown my workout a little but i can make do, tuesday bench was alright i finally got someone to spot me and not all these little freshman kids that wieght half of what i am benching. i had a rough meal and felt like **** but i still noticed some gains in my strengh, Today being wed i hurt my back doing deadlifts, i countinue my workout in extream pain, it made it real hard to increase anywieght when i would be hurting. popped a whole bunch of Motrin and i'll hit the arm tommorow, no pain no gain.

I have the same workout routine as you except I start on Sunday and take Saturday off. I am doing the same cycle as well except am doing 40mg/ed dbol . Can't wait to get into it more. Only been 2 days since I started. Good luck bro.

today sucked i woke up with a horable cold i coulld hardly go to class my knose is a facet and i fell like $hit. i missed my workout but since i just change it i don't think it will be that big of a problem, I tried that new workout i don't think i will be able to matian it plus after i do one body part i am too fatgued to do the other to my fulst ablity. so after this week i am switching it up again.
