To Whom it May Concern! heh-hehe.
Just wanted to speak a little about my usual cycles. I always start with a base of 1 gram of test. Then ass other things depending on my needs. If I need to be lean, its Tren/Prop. If its offseason and I need to be strong and injury free, its Deca and D-ball. Winny is good, but hurts my joints. I prefer no orals if I can, those are really what will make my liver quiver! I have dited from 230 all the way to 189, so what you use makes a big differance depending on your goals. :afro:

I will have to take some. I am not a bodybuilder, I am a professional armwrestler. So, I am strong in ways most people are not, but also am not as big as I could be if I trained that way. I have done wrist curls, W/ a str8 bar, arms on a bench, W/235lbs. No cheating W/arms on the bench. I can feel the bones in my arms groan when I do it! lol

Im 6'0. 220, abs showing, but not hard....18 inch arms, not sure of my waist but I wear size 33 jeans. only on Prop and Winny now.
