My lousy cycle gains.
I did 4 small cycles. I took 5 1/2" of fat off my waist even though I still ate a
high fat and high sugar diet. My strength gains on cycle were about 400%
higher than off cycle. I do not believe I have gained any muscle.
My 1st cycle was 500mg of test enan only.
My 2nd cycle was 400mg of deca only.
My 3rd cycle was 600mg of test enan only.
My 4th cycle was 600mg of deca only.
I am supposed to be on HRT. My cycles are 1 right after the other.
Has anyone else gotten such lousy gains?
If I take more than 700mg of gear I get headaches.
I only get 5 hours of sleep a night with valium. My body needs 8 hours of
sleep. I try to get 8 hours. My body will not do it. I can only get 5 hours off
cycle too. Comments?

It looks like you need to down the dose and combine your chemicals, 400 enthante, 200-300 deca . Try some ZMA 30 minutes before you sleep, and workout at night, like at 7 finish at 8-8:30, get two meals in and go to sleep at 10-11. This calms me down and relaxes me and sleep solid. hope that helped good luck

If you eat a high fat and high sugar diet maybe its deficient in other ways, like protein and good carbs?

What is the difference between a good carb and a bad carb?

Im not sure what your doing. I think you should be combinding your chemicals. Try a 500test 400deca. Instead of 4 small cycles. Make sure your eating right. Melatonin will help you to sleep

Good carb = wheat bread, oatmeal, brown rice
Bad carb = sugar, white bread
