i am currently 220 with 18% bf i guess. My goal is to gain 10lbs muscle on first 4-5 weeks. Then i add eca stack 2weeks on 2 off, clen between eca, maybe t3, cut fown carbs and add more protein to diet. Also i will do cardio 3-4 timed week. So my goals is to get my bf to 10% and get some mucsle and strenght too. I would like to add tren too, but it is so expensive here and i couldnt use proscar with it. I had prostate problems on my first test cycle, so proscar is good for me. Also i use it for posssible hairloss as well nizoral ed.

Comments are welcome :) and i know eq and tren would be great, but cant afford them right now :(
