This is my first real cycle. I have done ph's and am experienced in lifting but now i'm going to use the real deal. This is what I have so far.
Wk 1-10 - Sust 250
Wk 1-4 - Dianabol, 35mg ED
Wk 6-8 - HCG, 500iu/3x wk
Wk 11-13 - Nolva 20mg ED
Wk 11-13 - Clomid treatment (days 1-4=150mg, days 5-14=100mg, days 15-21=50mg)
Any critiques on my cycle would be greatly appreciated.
hmmm.....u know sust should be injected at least every 3 days don't you?? and i hope that doesnt mean you're just injecting 1ml a week!! i would also toss the HCG for this cycle, don't need it......and when u start your clomid/nolva, start it like week 12......
Ok cool. I'll drop the HCG. I wasn't positive about the sust. So should I do 2 shots of sust 250 per week?
i'd do 3....if u wanna do 1 or 2 shots a week, go for test cypionate or enanthate....sus is a blend of 4 different esters (short and long), and you gotta inject pretty frequently to utilize the short acting esters....
Sounds good, what do you think would produce the best results (I am assuming the sust at 3 shots a week)? I am conerned with price a little, but I don't mind paying a little extra for good results.
I'd just keep things simple for your first cycle. You could even drop the dbol and just run the test, but the dbol will give you a nice kickstart
Weeks 1-4 Dbol, 30mg ed
Weeks 1-10 Test E, 500mg/week(250mg Mon, Thursday)
Weeks 1-10 Nolvadex, 10mg ed
