Started First Cycle

I started my first "real" cycle this weekend. I've done a 4 week cycle with M1T and 1-AD and had great results. I've been on this board for almost 3 months now and have learned more than I ever thought possible about AAS. I will try to keep y'all updated on my progress.

My current stat's
6'4", 264lbs, 15% BF

My current cycle
1-4 20mg M1T ED
1-10 250mg Test E E3D
1-12 1mg Letro ED

PCT
12-15 300/100/50mg Clomid, 20mg Nolva ED

I'm on a 4 day split working each body part once every 7 days.
Cardio 3 days/week for 30 mins in the AM before work.

Going to shoot for 4000-5000 clean calories per day. It's real hard to eat that much and keep it clean. Have gotten a lot of ideas from the diet forum.

I did my first injection in my quad yesterday. I was super nervous and thought it would take me a while to stick myself. I just sat down cleaned the spot and pushed in the needle nice and slow. No pain from the Test and I have a little pain this AM, like a bruise, from the injection.
