Here is my comming up cycle.

Weeks1......500mg...........25mg/day

Weeks2......500mg...........25mg/day

Weeks3......500mg...........20mg/day

Weeks4......500mg...........15mg/day

Weeks5......500mg...........15mg/day


Clomid 100mg day 1 and 50mg a day for 2 weeks

Now my question is DO I ONLY USE NOLVADEX WHEN I SEE OR FEEL SOMETHING? OR DO I USE IS DURING THE CYCLE, AND IF THAT'S THE CASE WHEN? OR DO I USE IT AFTER MY CYCLE? THAT'S ALL,

Keep the dbol the same all the way through. Use Nolva when nips start to itch or it feels it a sharp kinda pain is poking your nips...

You need to run the Sust longer (8 to 10) weeks and I would bump the dbol to 50mg (25mg twice a day) and keep it there for 5 weeks. Also get some ALA to take with the dbol. It will help your liver deal with the toxicity of the dbol.
