veterans practice what you preach with me
i always hear you guys talking about eating rather than juicing. so i want you guys' the pro's to give me the advice on what you preach.
im willing to eat correctly but am not sure what to eat? I hear proteins and carbs. but give me examples of what i should eat and when and how much?
6'feet 190lbs and i feel fat.
i can't understand how brad pitt goes from skinny muscle in fight club to huge in troy. i think it's all in the fact he's got great trainers telling him what to eat and how to work out. but i dont have the trainers i've got you guys so can you help me out?
