Another M1T Diary..lol

well today i started my m1t 4ad stack..this morning i took 6 sprays of 4 ad after my shower..then i took 5mg m1t,500mg hawthorne berry extract some vitamin e and glucosamine..ill let ya know how things progress...i think my nozzle on the 4ad was broken cause it didnt spray..it just kind of shot out and started to run down my leg so i just put my leg up until it dried..o yes and my stats are 5'8...around 170..it goes up and down a lil..(171-170-169)about 11% body fat...just turned 23 ...so will c how things go..
