Week 10 = me is strong
My cycle didn't really go as planned.
week 1-10 @600 mg test
week 2-6 @400mg deca
I have 2 more weeks on test and would have liked to have had more deca for 4 more weeks but funds were not there.
My bench press is at 450 lbs for one rep.. ....500 lbs is around the corner. (By corner I mean like a year or more)Knees f#cked up doing heavy squats, so screw maxing out on that for a while.

Post some more stats, how much weight have you gained?
