    After two years clean........

    OK, first let me say that I have been clean for about two years now. I decided to see if I could still make gains while off and have done so. (obviously, not the same type of gains as when on.)

    This cycle is a "do as I say, not as I do" one. In that I mean that I don't have the entire thing laid out. Nor do I know at this time when I will be coming off. This is something I would normally frown upon but I trust my own judgement and knowledge.

    Here we go:

    1-10 Test En 375mg eod
    11-25 Test En 375mg eod
    11-25 EQ 200mg eod
    11-25 Deca 200mg/wk
    HCG 500iu 2x p/wk

    I'm sure there will be a lot of questions on this, so I'll try to head a few off right now.

    Test 1-10 alone?
    Two reasons:
    1) I have not run any aas in two years.
    2) I have never run test alone. I have always stacked something with it and I am curious how my body will react.

    Why not dbol or ?? to jump start the cycle?
    1) I hate dbol
    2) I don't feel a need to 'jump start' at all when I plan on being on for a minimum of 6 months.

    If for some reason I decide to stop after 6 months, the weeks will be adjusted accordingly. ie: test to week 26, etc, etc...
    I will also add in stenox and tren at the end.

    I will lay out some specific stats on Monday. As of right now, 6'0" at 290-295.

    Diet will be very clean. I have recruited someone to help me. (it is always good to get input from a different perspective)

    D*mn. I never knew you were that big to begin with. Gonna be friggin' huge in another 6 months. Good luck with the cycle and let us know from time to time how it is going for you.....

    I am currently 6'1 232 and at way too high bf% (not as high as some recently put up pics of you know who, but too high for me). I am cleaning up and then going on in hopes of ending up around 240 with a lower bf%. I just couldn't imagine being at the 300 lb mark. That's amazing to me. You must be completely freaky lookin' (in a good way).....

    Congrats on getting that big and then being able to hold on to it. I don't imagine that at 6' tall it's very easy to hold on to. What kind of cals are you putting down right now?

    Training is on a 2 on 1 off 2 on 2 off split.

    I train more for strength than vanity. I have a three week rotation for some muscle groups. Goes like this:

    Legs (Only one routine as this works for me)
    Squat 5X8
    Hacks 4X10
    SLDL 4X10
    Standing Calf 5X15

    Chest (Three day rotation)
    #1
    Floor Press 5X6
    Incline DB 5X8
    Pushdowns 4X8
    Barbell Curls 4X8

    #2
    Band Press 5X6
    Incline Hammer 5X8
    Rack Lockouts 4X8 (pushdowns and lockouts are alternated week to week)
    Barbell Curls 4X8

    Flat Bench 5X6
    Incline Bench 5X6
    Pushdowns 4X8
    Barbell Curls 4X8

    Back (Three day rotation)

    Deadlift 4X4
    Hammer Rows 4X6

    I am a very easy gainer. I can look at a buffet and gain 10 pounds. Therefore, I usually only eat about 4000 clean cals a day. However, I do usually throw more in if I am hungry. As long as I get the clean 4K in me, it's all good.

    I'm a fairly easy gainer myself. That's why the too high bf% (mixed with a job change from physical labor to computer work).

    That's a great workout plan. I use 2 on-1 off-2on-2off myself. I have been messing with the DC workouts, but I like that workout you have posted. The rotations are real good. Maybe I'll try to give that a whirl first.

    Interesting layout on the routine concerning your workout, your AS layout you'd know more than I so no input from me on that. Do you throw in any type of hytrophy type routine to the mix now and then? I take it from the number of sets and reps you'll be using more of a powerlifting set up and either pyramid or use maximum poundage for the amount of weight lifted?

    It is a PL setup Juggy.

    Obviously Warm ups are not included in what I wrote. I will usually warm up to my highest weight and then drop weight as the sets progress. If I can get more reps than what I have written, I do.

    In a week when you do back day #1 and deadlift, do you still squat in the same week?

    Yes. I know where your going with this:

    Usually there is a 2 day off period between back and legs which is enough time for me to perform both effectively.

    I do the same thing. Legs, tuesday; Back, thursday.

    Good Luck Diesel. 6 foot 290 is huge. Any chance you can post the weight you are handling in various exercises from time to time. I'm 5'8' and 190 and handle pretty good numbers for my size 315 x 6 on bench, barbell bent rows at 240 x 6 . I love reading the numbers bigger guys handle as it gives me a good guide as to where I'm doing ok at and where I need to improve.

    You can get so much more from deca at 400/wk rather than 200 but I'm sure you have your reasons.

    The deca at 200 p/wk is for joint pain only.

    I am so going to run Deca just to see how my joints feel while on. As old as I am anything would be a God Send. Looking over your routine has me questioning mine.......I don't take enough time off between back and legs.

    I'll be following your posts closely. I already learned something here. Was going to run Test and EQ for my second cycle but at 38 years old and multiple knee surgeries in the bag and major joint pain in my elbows in the past I think I'll be adding deca to the cycle or just running Test alone again. JOINT PAIN SUCKS. Good Luck Bro.
