    Thumbs up 300 Club ****Finally!!

Well guys just a quick note. I was finally able to get 300lbs up on my flat bench day yesterday. This was my first goal. Done. Next. I'm 33yo 6'1'' 230lbs now. I know this isn't alot, but for me it is. I guess I could of did a max day and got 300lbs or more up earlier, but I wanted to get it up after my normal bench work out. I'm running Omnadren and deca . Getting good results. Its really just starting to kick in now. 7-8 weeks in. 350lbs is next......lol

I've got my eyes set on 400lbs. My work out partners are all there, so I'm the little guy. At least lifting wise. I still look bigger than a couple of them though. lol It really pisses them off too.

Congrats bro. 300 was my goal all thru high school but I never made it past 275. I started back lifting 2 years ago at age 36 with a goal of benching 300 natty before doing my first cycle. I stalled out around 280 nd said what the hell, went on cycle and hit 300 within a month, 345 by the end of the 12 weeker. Not much to brag about compared to some, but this is all about getting better with what you've been given to work with.

Good Job... It seems to be never enough though. However, most average people who do not lift can not even hit their own body weight on bench so you doing exceptional. Keep up the good work. Two weeks ago at a powerlifting meet I watched this 50 plus year old man attempt just over a 600lbs bench… Unbelievable the strength of this old guy. Gave me hope.

Yeah thats how I was. I never really cared for maxing out, until I was at the gym one day just doing abs with my buddy and he asked me how much I was benching. I said "I dont know like 300ish" so I repped 295 4 or 5 times and was like "get three plates on." 3 plates is soooooo much better than 2 plates with 25's, 10's, and 2.5's. I think that is 300, its easier to add up when you're looking at it.
