my first cycle results
Cycle: 9 weeks deca 400mg test 500mg
Arms, flexed, unpumped 16.5
Max bench 280x4
Max squat 300x6 NOT ass to floor though. I was doing squats improperly for a LONG TIME and made a big change lately. This lift actually went down because i am now doing it ass to the floor, complete ROM
Max BB Row 205x6
Max preacher dumbell curl 65x5
Max barbell shoulder press 170x5
Max dumbell shoulder press 80x6
Max Close Grip Bench Press 230x5
Arms, flexed, unpumped 17.3
Max bench 305x7
Max squat 280x12, straight down to the floor!
Max BB Row 230x6
Max preacher dumbell curl 80x6
Max barbell shoulder press 190x6
Max dumbell shoulder press 90x7
Max Close Grip Bench Press 255x5
ALL LIFTS are with PROPER FORM, not cheating, bending, etc. I never max out though.....these are the maxes that i've been doing in the gym.

Were you expecting more then 13lbs?

i'm quite pleased because i probably gained 1-2 pounds of fat at most. 10-11 pounds of muscle is great in my book for 9 weeks. my waist increased about a half inch, even that is hard to measure exactly because it could also be affected by how full i was at the time.
i was up 19 lbs when the cycle ended. it is now 2 weeks post cycle and i think i lost some of the bloat- but not any muscle size or strength thankfully.

with your cycle that you had going i think you could of gained more then 13lbs by eating more but if your happy your happy. goodjob.
