    A Female DNP Cycle

    I am posting this in the educational forum b/c I believe that there needs to be more information on dnp as it relates to its use by women.

    Anyways, I started my dnp cycle today, first dose at 2pm. I plan on running it for 10days but will cut short or prolong accordingly. I have researched dnp for about 6mo and feel like I am well enough to know how to use it properly.

    Starting Stats:
    180 lbs
    about 20-22% BF
    5'8"

    Supplements:
    WATER! 2-3 gallons a day
    Super Pak multi
    calcium
    pyruvate
    taurine
    glycerine
    ECY
    glutamine
    also have benadryl on hand for any allergies/sleep that needs to be taken care of.
    will start 25mg T3 on day 3 (Monday)

    Day 1 (FD @2pm SD@9pm)
    I know that it is recommended to do 200mg the first few days, I felt I could do 400mg. Will lower if necessary. Also b/c of time restraints, had to pop SD at 9pm so doses were only 7hrs apart instead of 12. Heat is ok up until now, nothing really, except I wore pants at dinner for about 2 hours and I was getting heated. It could just be b/c it wasn't that cold outside, I am in Houston. Will update later.... Temp: 98.4

    It should be noted that I have used var, clen and t3 in the past and have been fine. Got up to about 150mg of clen before it got to the point where the shaking was a nuisense(sp?)

    Day 2 (FD @10am , SD will be @10pm)
    ECY (2 yohimbine, will lower down to one or none b/c of below..)
    85oz. water (5 water bottles. will lower for cardio to 3 or 4)
    DNP @ 10am

    50min empty stomach cardio

    banana
    1/2c oats
    1/2c ff milk

    this is when i had the feeling i was going to throw up, and i did. it was all water and i think the mixture of all that water and Y made me neaseated(sp? lol).

    blueberry yogurt

    1t glycerine
    1 pyruvate
    1 potassium
    super pak
    1t glutamine (5g)
    1t taurine (860mg)

    Temp was at 96.6 after throwing up, I will check again in a little while.

    Today I felt it but i'm sure it was b/c i had class from 730 until 1215 and wore pants and walked around. My pee is a bright yellow....the heat is becoming more noticeable now, I feel "clammy". Today went like this, thus far:

    7am
    200mg dnp
    super pak
    1 potassium
    1 calcium
    1 pyruvate
    EC
    glycerine

    34oz. water
    1/2c ff cottage cheese (70)
    blueberry yogurt (140)
    small orange (80)
    banana (130)

    730-1215 I had classes and sipped 17oz of water, will bring 34oz. tomorrow

    1245pm
    glycerine
    1t taurine (840mg x 2)
    1t glutamine
    EC

    22oz. water
    whole wheat tortilla (120)
    grapes (50)
    strawberries (25)
    sm apple (80)
    ramen noodles (190)

    4pm
    1c oats
    1c ff milk

    40min low intensity cardio on bike
    34oz. water

    Total H2O intake = 150oz.

    Comments: heat is noticeable still but nothing i can't put up with.

    whew! i was sweating beads all day! i had sweat dripping down my face, nothing i can't tolerate but still, i had to tell people i was getting over a cold. tomorrow i will take 400mg of dnp in the afternoon, hopefully that will cut down on the sweat in the early morning. temp is holding around 97.8-98.5 i am down 4lbs, i'm sure i have some water weight as well.

    I'd be afraid of taking DNP as a woman, IF the rumors are true then its not very pleasant.

    Rumors being that in our reproductivecells DNP or the heat or whichever causes abnormalities in the 22 gene composition. Being a guy thats bearable since we massproduce reproductive cells over and over again and the misformed ones will most likely be discarded after discontinued use. For women however they dont massproduce eggs.

    i am aware of that, and i believe hooker has researched that and found it to be not true.

    Day 5 (400mg at 12:30pm)
    sweated bullets all day long, especially after 400mg dose. Energy level is fine, every one keeps wondering why i am always sweating. if i decide to stop the cycle at 10days, then that means today is the half way point. or i might go for 14days, not sure yet. anyways, i had ice cream today so i will get on the bike in a little while and get some cardio done.

    one it's cold and makes me feel like i am not melting away, and two dnp makes you crave carbs like no other, you have to be on it to understand.

    the diet looks less then 100%, maybe that being in check 1st would help you and you wouldnt need the DNP

    no i havnt, even if hooker has diproven the myth that DNP may not cause the rumored problems in females, Im still not one to test my own fate.

    and 305 there is no need for that, there is not fighting happening here, just a conversation.

    did about 28minutes on the bike before i had to stop because i have sweat in every crevice and nook on my body....

    haha, well it sure didn't feel like it. even after only 5min i had sweat everywhere, a cold shower did wonders though

    i haven't weighed myself that much b/c of water weight, so i will wait a few days after my last dose to get the final weight. thanks to all for the support.

    has your diet been the same as before durring ur cut before the dnp or have u kinda slacked knowing that ul just burn it anyways?

    For the most part, diet is the same. I am eating about 1800 calories, except one or two days I have slacked. I am also doing cardio everyday for as long as I can..

    Day 6 (will take 400mg at 1230pm)
    Wow, it's been almost 24hrs since my last dose and I am still dripping sweat. Went to see my parents yesterday and they were like, are you ok? This dnp is giving me cravings like no other but I am not going to go off diet for the rest of the cycle, I want to get the full results of this. Calories will be around 1800 until end of cycle, except for cheat meal on Saturday if I have one . Nothing much to report right now, I will update later today after my 400mg.

    I am sooo hot. Today has been the worst in terms of sweating. I have two fans on me and I am still sweating. I'm glad I don't have any classes today, but will tomorrow...I think a will go take a really cold shower.

    the carbs will increase heat you know right? when i went to 800mg i found myself cutting carbs out of my before bed meals so i could sleep without burning up. just thought i might suggest that if you hadn't taken that into account.

    i think you should weigh yourself for a better journal. the info wouldn't help me but it would give a better account of your progress throughout cycle to females that are going to be taking the plunge into dnp usage. it sounds like you are doing great though. i didn't even lose a pound till day 6 or so due to the fat loss being replaced with water weight.

    lol why do these dnp logs always just get abandon...based on how unsafe the chemical is its sometimes scary when the log stops
