    Talking Busted my cherry - 1st cycle!



    Hey Guys - I am SO ****ing STOKED! I just started my *first* cycle yesterday! Man I am excited!!

    My cycle:

    WEEK 1
    250mg ew Sustenon
    250mg ew deca
    50mg ed Dbol (1x in a.m. 1x p.m.)

    On day 1 I injected the deca
    On day 2 (today) I did the Sust

    Sustanon made my cock get rock hard - ****, I'm hornier than a 10-dick dog!! Woof!

    I will run the dbol about 6-8 weeks and the Sust and deca for 12 weeks.

    My story:

    I have been bodybuilding off and on the last 5 years. Actually I was very intense about it for a few years but got discouraged seeing guys that would stand around and chit chat at the gym have bigger bods than me.

    I bought al that crap - DHEA, creatine, androstene, every ****ing protein power, drink, bar etc and didn't get big.What a crock of ****

    It was a godsend to find this website, now I know all that "natural"bodybuilding is a bunch of crap...

    Right now I am 5'10" 180lb -10% bf

    My workouts are INTENSE! will get you some pix and stats soon.

    Congrats! But, you should of had someone critique your cycle before you started...


    1. For your first cycle, I would NOT do 50mg of DBOL ED, and I certainlly wouldn't run it longer than 4 weeks. I would do 25-30mg ED

    2. You should always run your test at higher doses while taking deca .

    3. In order for Sustanon to work, it needs to be injected E3D. At that dose, you should of run either Test Cyp or Test Enan.

    Remember at those doses, your going to have to make sure your diet is perfect.

    Thanks for the feedback:

    1) Yeah, I will cut back on the dbol like you suggested. I went back to my notes and calculations and realized I was overdoing it.

    2) I will use Sustanon every 3 days and adjust dose accordingly

    3) What's wrong with the amount of my Sust dose? Why suggest another form of Test? What would be the thought behind that?

    Feeling ****ing AWESOME. Had a KICKASS bicep and tricep workout this a.m. Eating like a horse too. I will follow up with specific diet stuff tomorrow.

    "Now i know that "natural" bodybuilding is a bunch or crap". Not sure i agree there bro. Congrats on having your first two sticks bro. As to your doses of sust, it says on the steroid profiles that 250mg is acceptable for a weeks dose when stacked with somthing like decca. But in reality due to the fact that sust is made of four different testosterone ethers that break down at different speeds if you only inject it once a week then by the end of seven days most of the test will have broken down and it will be causing your hormone levels to yo-yo from injection to injection. (at least thats to my understanding). I wont advise a change or different steroid cycle as i dont think i have the experience and knowledge to warrant voicing my opinion just yet.

    Well, One of the reasons people are told to take a longer acting ester testosterone (cyp, or enan) for a first cycle is because of injections. In order to keep your blood levels consistent with Sust, you definitely need to inject more. I know when I did my first cycle, the last thing I wanted to do was injected myself. With Cyp or Enan, you can get away with one shot a week, though I'ts better to split it up. You definitely will feel the dbol with a lower dose. Make sure you are drinking tons of water. The kidney pumps are NOT fun!

    Hey guys I started my first cycle last week. Things are going AWESOME. I'm totally stoked for my workouts and get a phenominal pump when I'm there.

    I made notes of everything that I ate today and am wondering how my diet looks to you all.

    The numbers from L -> R are: Protein Carbs Fat Calories
    a.m. meal
    3/4 cup oatmeal 5 40 5 225

    Post workout

    Lunch

    Supper

    My cycle:
    WEEK 1
    250mg ew Sus*
    250mg ew deca
    25mg ed Dbol (1x in a.m. 1x p.m.)

    *I am going to up my Sus to 125 mg e3d which will bump my weekly sus to *291mg*

    Any feedback on my gear?

    I like the changes to the cycle, but remember to stop the dbol after 4 weeks. Make sure to research post cycle therapy (pct) and do you have anti estrogens on hand? You need to eat alot more if you plan on gaining significant mass. I would suggest doubling your carbs and increasing your protein to 300g.

    1 week update - 10 pounds!!!?! *feedback please*

    Dudes juicin' ROCKS! I am only 1 week into my cycle and I feel ****in' awesome. I resisted getting on the scales but finally jumped on them today. I'm up to 190 - 10 lbs in only 1 week! - can that be true or is my scale totally bonkers.

    My workouts are phenomenal. I can't believe how much iron I can lift and how big my muscles get pumped.

    Right now my cycle is:

    week 1-12 250mg/wk DECA
    week 1- 6 25mg ed DBOL (12mg 2x ed)
    week 1-12 290mg/wk SUS (2 injections every 3 days)

    Since yesterday I have added:
    1 IU 'slin pre and post workout - this I will up by 1 IU each work out to around 4-5 IU pre and post workout

    The slin is AMAZING for pumps.

    I am eating like a horse

    **When do you guys start taking your proviron and nolva? I want to wait til the end of the cycle or until signs of gyno - or is that too late?...

    feedback would be appreciated my brothers..
