deca 300/ w test ?????????????

keeps seeing these two together. when i see them together im not understanding which test they are talkin about.
i weight 185lbs now, i weighed 205lbs at 5' 10 (pretty fat then) a year and a half ago when i first started hitting the weights. now i want to put the weight back on but in muscle.i dont expect it to happen over night or in one cycle.
tell me if im wrong on this or if i need to change anything.
deca 300 1time a week
week 1-12
test ethe 200
week 1-14
fallowed with clomid
50mg for 30 days
help me if you will.
i wont attempt anything until im sure on everything. thanks for any help you can give me.

Sust 250 eod making up 500mg a week.

proper pct.
make sure you have some anti-e on hand. Just in case

250 EOD does not equate to 500 a week

pct=post cycle therapy
eod=every other day
ed=every day
sus=sustenon
wk=week

and muckdog is right, 240 eod is not 500/wk...keep cycle, is fine except bump the test e up to 400-500/wk...want your test to be higher than the deca each week and have nolva on hand during and use after

do i split the test to 200mg twice a week or just one a week at 400mg ?

from what i read i suggest 300mg deca/wk and atleast 500mgtest/wk. then proper pct. Everyone says you shoud take in more test then decca.

I meant in general (Sust 250) 500mg/wk

split the test into two injections per week...will help maintain your stable blood levels...and yes, run it higher than the deca...
