    Another old farts cycle(lil advanced)

    Well I`m over 50 and this is my second cycle after a break of 10 years.During this 10 year period I trained well with some powerlifting exercises as I am a
    former international powerlifter, but training now with more reps than a powerlifter.

    Stats: 6 foot, 220 pounds , 12% bf as for 4 weeks ago when I begin the cykel.

    Cycle: 1-2 week 1000mg enanthate and 600 mg deca

    3-11week 750mg enanthate and 400mg deca 10mg nolvadex

    12 week 750mg enanthate 10mg nolvadex

    14-18 nolvadex and clomid ( I plan to throw some hcg in the
    midle of the cycle)

    This is my 4th week and is kicking in good with some strength,10 pounds
    more weight than when I started, and a lil more go than the last 3 weeks, when I felt sluggish.( the bf is about the same 12%)

    I`ll continue with more happenings later this week

    Just kidding of course - I'm 50

    Those are some ass kicking doses on the front end. I know what you mean about the lethargy at the beginnning. 10 pounds in 1st 4 weeks is exactly what I hit on a 178 pound base and 400mg/week.

    He he, those doses are smal if you compared with my competition doses but
    I`m getting a lil older now

    Today I did the first shot of week 5.
    I`m feeling more and more horny, bodyweight is the same, but the bf has
    dropped one or two %.I think that I`m doing too much cardio 4 times a week
    so I`will dropp the cardio a little and increase food intake.

    One more shot this 5th week and up 2 pounds more in bodyweight. The hardons are longer and longer.It is really kicking in now, strength is up
    a bit and I`m eating better now.

    The 6th week and bodyweight going up slowly all the time. Strength is up
    all the time too and my testlevels.....up an up.I have a lil more water retention now but no much and bf is about the same.

    Sorry, I have been without computer a while.I`m in my 9th week now and
    the bodyweight has been the same the last 3 weeks but the strength has
    gone up all the time especially in my favorit exercises squat and deadlift,
    I`m pumped up almost all the time and I can not see a normal girl without
    having bad thoughts.I know I`m not very good at force feeding so I have
    to get better with that.

    LOL what is a "normal" girl....one with legs and a head?

    How's you diet? 3 Weeks with no weight gain is kind of indicating you need to check your diet to me. Or are you fvcking so much you can't keep weight on

    He he, a normal girl is the one you don`t notice when you are off.
    I do 6-7 meals a day, and I get 360 g protein and enough fats, but I´m
    not so consistent with the carbs I try to get 600 g carbs.This weekend
    I was careful with my diet and it paid off the weight is up again.
