    Haro's Phera Plex log

    Started today Phera plex 10/20/30/30 cycle. Starting weight is 203lbs have altered my diet a little to gear more towards slowly leaning out. roughly 3200 cals with a 35/45/20 carbs/protein/fat. Will be running milk thistle along with the Phera Plex at 500-1000mg a day (80% silymarin).     squat is a unique subject i really cant do it because of my knee injury so as of now its like 225 for sets of 10, i just focus on going very deep. and i alternate between close foot stance and really wide to try and hit my inner and outer legs.
    bench, i dont do, i havent done a barbell bench in months i stick to dumbbell incline and dips. my incline dumb bell is 3 sets of 6 with 110lb dumb bells and my dips are sets of 10 with 90lbs added although i may decrease the weight so i can go even lower on my dips.

    I decided to take some pics today though they arent much different from my updated pics. But i took these this morning so they are cold and without a pump (leg pic is a couple days old). These pics will be my before Phera Plex pics as this is only my second day taking it.

    Leg Curl (seated): 200x10, 200x10, 200x10, 160x20

    past two workouts while on phera plex, so far so good a couple of headaches nothing major noticed my appetite may be up a little bit not sure. Today will be the start of 20 mg. i weighed 206 yesterday (i know the weight gain is not from phera plex yet)

    its been 4 days at 20 mgs no bad sides, slight headaches but im sure thats from a slightly elevated blood pressure. One weird thing to note, i've had some weird dreams lately..i NEVER remember my dreams and i can vividly remember these from the past week and they are just weird dreams lol, dont know if thats related to teh Phera Plex just thought it was interesting. Im sitting at 208 right now started around 203 i cant see a difference yet and i know thats not muscle but i thought phera plex was dry gains? seems like i put on some water. Ill post my past two workouts tonight.

    sorry i havent had time to post my workouts yet..quick update. just wanted to mention that ive had a WHICKED increase in appetite..? dunno if this is a direct side or just a placebo but thought i'd throw that inthere. The headaches have subsided as well...strength is slightly increasing as i did weighted hammer pull ups today 105lbs for 5 reps ill post more later

    yea 3200 i was hoping to lean out a little think thats a bad idea chest? my maintenance at this body fat was around 3500-3700 somewhere in there so i cut down a couple times and now sit around 3300

    Oh ok I must have missed the point of leaning out. I thought you meant clean bulk..not cutting. I am doing something similar..trying to cut as slowly as possible. Keep up the good work...interested to see your results

    no problem ya i found my maintenance a while back around 3700 cals but that was 16+% so i've slowly decreased my cals...i dont wanna do a drastic cut for fear of losing mass and also i dont think its really necesarry i'd like to try and learn how i react to different things and its easier to do with a longer timer period.

    -Update, started 30 mgs today nothing different as of yet no headaches or anything but i have seemed a little hot and irritated easier but it may just be a bad day (ive got a big of a cold i think). today was back day, definately noticed a strength increase im up to 211lbs as well. cant see much difference but the scale reads more...so..

    hey checkin back in on this log . any sides commin up? hows the strength i hear PP is pretty good in that regard. your about 1/2 way through right notice any nice gains in size or weight ??

    no sides really strenght was definately going up, i've never been one to gain alot of strenght i gain alot of endurance if that makes sense? like yesterday with flat dumb bell bench i coudlnt do 120's but 5 times but then i can do 110 for 10 relatively easy, my body doesnt like that 4-8 rep range at all. but so far so good unfortunately i got a really bad cold which kept me out of the gym a couple days and i've been eating as much as i could just to make sure i didnt lose anything pretty sure i havent. but so far so good im at 30 mg's now and up about 6 solid pounds.

    sorry guys its been a while i know but i got outta school and just got home and getting back into work and stuff just got my computer set back up. I put on about 8 lbs which was lean mass ill take some pics asap. I've leaned out slightly but the last week of my cycle was hard with getting back to work and stuff diet and training suffered poor planning on my part but none the less im happy witht the results, my strength gains werent as impressive as i was hopping but they were noticeable. strength was better with superdrol but far less sides and water retention. I did notice back pumps when i went to 30mgs and also a huge increase in appetite which would have been great if i was bulking but i was trying to lean out some. But i started a construction job and the back pumps were pretty bad the past couple of days. cycle ends tomorrow . 3 months and i'll hit the test e 500mgs.

    Just looked at the picture thread before you started. You've made good gains. However, you really should have WAITED. You are just now starting to look like you lift weights regularly. I wouldn't have guessed you were a weight lifter before this cycle...But you're already in the cycle, so good luck. You're making very good gains.
