Until i can clean clothes on my abs.
Week1-6 Testo Enanthate 500mg/ew (Only little testo to keep more muscles)
Week1-6 Ephedrine 60-120mg ed
Week7-13 Testo Propionate 100mg ed
Week7-13 Winstrol 50mg ed
Week7-14 Hcg 500iu x 2 ew
Week7-13 Proviron 50mg ed
Week14 Pct on Clomid,nolva,insulin ,creatin.
Diet for first six weeks:
Diet for rest:
Goal for first six weeks:
Lower bodyweight and bodyfat.
Goals for rest of time:
Put on some cleangains and harden up.
Do 3-4 45min runs a week
Do 2-3 60min lowintensiv walks a week
My workouts stays the same but more high reps 8-12
In shape no, but not bulk.

whats your diet consist of? protein, carb intake ect..

Feeling quite explosive during runs and workout.
Took 120mg Ephedrine.
Took 250mg test in front deltoid.
Coulden eat good so i drank alot of proteinsupplements to day, but some cookedmeal came down=)
