I think you're a little young, but a good beginners stack would be deca /winstrol /clomid:

weeks 1-10 deca @ 400mg/week
weeks 3-6 winstrol @ 50mg/EOD
week 13 clomid 300mg/day 1, 100mg x 10 days, 50mg x 10 days

i would like to gain 10 lbs of muscle
i cant take deca because of testing
i have a 5 years of lifting

Fix your diet and you could pack on 10lbs natrually in no time. That cycle would have just shut down you natrual test and probably given you less active anabolics then your own balls.
