Ok.. i just scrolled back to Jan 3rd.
I understand the reationale.. still i think that supersets would be a better approach..namely supersetting antagonistic bodyparts.
But if it (circuit training) is working for you.. keep to it.

Hi Tina .... great work! I am looking forward to another update photo. Just a little tip on that ..... stand away from the background wall or whatever and you will not get a fuzzy shadow around your body outline so you will get a clearer picture. About 3 feet from the wall should be fine and give good results. This really only applies to flash photography.

7:30pm - 3oz chicken breast, lettuce, 1/2 tbsp flax
10:00am - 3oz chicken breast, 1/2 tbsp flax
12:00am - 2 scoops whey (50g), 1oz almonds, 3 omega complex pills, 50mg benadryl
12:30am - bed
As you can see, I switched up my workout and started my week of benadryl today. This is all getting a little miserable. The diet sucks, I think Im about due for a carb up day. I am losing strength, the weight loss is a lot slower than I anticipated. *sigh* I guess its times like these when people usually give up.

Yes, you are reading that right. I think that's the earliest I've had to get up for months! But I had a 9:00 briefing in a town about an hour away.
6:30am - 6 egg whites, 3 tbsp cream of wheat, 5mg anavar
9:30am - 1 scoop whey protein, 1/2 tbsp flax
11:00am - 40mins cardio @ 65-70% MHR
12:00pm - 6 egg whites, 3oz sweet potato
3:00pm - 3ozo chicken breast, spinach, 1/2 tbsp flax
Okay, you guys are going to yell at me…but I caved to the peer pressure. I went to Chili's for "a couple beers" which turned into a few beers with some greasy food. Ugh! Oh well, I guess I needed it…mentally anyway.
11:00pm - 50mg benadryl, bed

Straight Leg Raise on Captain's Chair
3 sets, 15 reps
Swiss Ball Crunch (legs 90° on wall)
3 sets, 12 reps
Swiss Ball Twist w/5lb Medicine Ball
3 sets, 20 reps (each side)
Leg Press
4 sets @ 20lbs, 20 reps
Stationary Lunge
2 sets @ 16lbs, 15 reps (each leg)
Reverse Stationary Lunge
2 sets @ 16lbs, 15 reps (each leg)
Leg Extension
3 sets @ 20lbs, 15 reps
Step Up
3 sets of 20 reps (body weight) each leg
I know this workout is incredibly weak. But I felt way too sh*tty to lift heavy or even reasonable weight. I should have just stayed home! Now I remember why I stopped drinking so much.

Drinking sucks girlie! I feel you on that. I totally cut alchohol out of my mindset until mid summer.
