5 days in and still trying to shake the prop flu. It is really killing my diet and workout schedule. Anyone else going through this now? Any encouragement would be greatly appreciated.

It is normal just keep at it. Get some rest and try to get some food in you.
yea that sucks, i just take me some nyquil and sleep as much as i can.
