    Looking Thicker!!!!

    All my buddies are commenting on how thick I am getting.

    My chest has filled out even more than it already is. after my chest workout, I get tons of comments on how thick it is.

    Warm-up 225 X 15 225 X 15
    315 X 10
    365 X 8
    405 X 6 to 8
    435 X 1 to 4
    Incline HAmmer Strength
    4 plates each side 2 sets of 10 to 12
    5 plates(max machine can hold) 2 sets of 6 to 8

    Shaping movement: 4 sets 10

    You are a big fuck Steak! Your bench routine looks alot like mine, accept knock about 30 pounds off the last 3 sets... What's your 1 rep max? Somewhere around 460 I would guess?

    Tens years ago when I left High School, I weighed 157 and benched 300lbs. Good form no bouncing...hell I have been lifting for 14 soon to be 15 years.

    Still loving it.

    I've never seen anyone do 405 for 6 to 8 reps. If that is true, that is some serious shit bro.

    For my friends on this board, I will video me doing 405 and maybe working up to 405. I will see how long my digital cam will record. I think it is 74 seconds?

    I have been lifting for 15 years. I don't lie about my lifts, nor do I stretch them out. I know a lot of you are saying no way...but I promise you it is true.

    Military press 130lbs DB's for 2 sets of 6

    Pulldowns 300lbs for 3 sets of 10

    lunges 225 3 sets of 10

    To me these are normal, but everyone at the gym says I am too strong for the gym...I guess I have out grown it.

    I'm impressed and have no reason to doubt you. I beleive most people, unless they give me a reason not too. The weight is impressive, I hope I can get to half that one day. I'm more impressed with the 300 @ 150 or so, that's amazing. Keep it up bro.

    Not bad Steak Helmet....Heres mine

    Warm-up - 135 X 20 and sometimes a few reps on the pec deck depending on if I feel like I'm warmed up enough.

    225 X 20
    315 X 10-12
    405 X 6-8
    455 X 2-3 on a good day (like last Friday) 495 X 2
    315 X 8
    drop set - 315 X 6-8 immediately followed by 225 till exhaustion

    I've been clean for almost 4 months so expect those poundages to go up here shortly when I start my next one! Best bench so far was 585 (6 - 45's ea. side) this past January...no bench shirt!

    I posted pics a few months ago in the pic section if anyone wants the visual LOL!

    ok thats alot of weight but how much do you weigh? thats good weight if your 180lbs or maybe 200lbs.

    i'd say that's damn good no matter what you weigh... true it would be more impressive if he weighed less, but sheer poundage wise, it's impressive by anyone's standards...
