Mhp's Xpel 1 Week Test
I will be testing MHp's Xpel Starting Dec 3rd.
Will post before and after photos.
Rather try something natural first and see how it goes vs a stronger diuretic.
Looking for some info before I start like should I be consuming my normal 1-2 gallons of water a day at start and start decreasing by say 32 oz per day.
Eating foods that don't hold much water.
Im not prepping for a contest but seeing how my body will react and take effect so I have an idea of what I'll need to do when i compete in 2008.
I've also did some reviews and seen alot of people getting sick and what not but are these people trying to lose weight?
Xpel is for bodybuilders and the weight will obviously come back as it is just water.
Im willing to take my chance and see what it can do.

I tried xpel for a week and it worked ok. I was running a test cycle and retaining a lot of water. I could see a difference after 3 days.

Thats good to hear.
Like I said most reviews were normal people trying to lose weight and keep it off and probably don't exercise nearly as much as a body builder or have the dedication to maintain there diets.
I will Give it a shot.
Thing was only 17$ at Vitamin shoppe
How did you do your daily water intake? Tapering down at all?
Normally I consume 1-1 1/2 Gallons per day.
What were some side effects you noticed?

Only sides I noticed were excessive pissing and typical caffeine sides. I didn't taper down my water until day 4 because I had a photo shoot. By day 7 I looked pretty dry.

so how much water did you consume daily?
Did you change up your diet at all besides the water?

dude i have taken xpel on 2 different occasions and i loved the results both times. best shit u can get for under 20$. . .also from one of 3 brands I would trust for summpements. (mhp, Universal, MRI)

Yeh I love MHP I carry a few 12 hour protein bars around incase im out and I don't wanna eat shit food I eat that.
Also take the 12 sr night time protein.
when you took it Cheddanips did you change anything up as far as food and water consumption I mean because the goal is to extract the water so Id assume youd cut back on water intake,

Started Monday.
Felt tired and a little light headed, but I can see a lil difference already.
Dropping water intake to 1 gallon a day from 1 1/2 -2 gallons.

So far i do see a decrease in water kept, I Am not experiencing the side effects I was the first day.
I will be cutting back to 3/4ths a gallon today, and wei***ng myself saturday.

Tapering today down to 1/2 gallon water.
Will take pics tomorrow and also do weight.
