Hey what up Loki. I'm a bio (pre-health) major at ASU.

I never see big dudes on that campus, so hoping to become one.

    6'3 227lbs here ending week 3 of a Test E cycle.

Just got over the stomach flu so dropped some of that weight but I'll get it back shortly.

I use a measuring tape from homedepot Get the smallest one that will be more flexible. Otherwise use string and then mark it and measure string.

Don't concentrate too much on weight, you should take measurements every 4-6wks for more accurate results. Weight fluctuates 3-5lbs in a day at times.

3000 calories and 1K in the morning and you expect to get maximum growth? You can't be serious.
Plan your meals out better and spread your calories throughout the day more strategically. If you have problems staying lean while bulking then take in most of your carbs in the morning and PWO. Diet is key, thought you would've realized that by now Loki, you've been around this site for a while.

I find one of the best and cheapest foods to include is Oats. I use it loads - even blend it in my shakes as well as mixin choc protein powder with it as a breakfast inc honey and bananas.

Also, you can get oils dirt cheap like olive or flax. You can add 2tablespoons a day with that which would give you an extra 270cals alone there not to mention help in many other ways.

I do a cutting cycle on 3000cals and im only 185lbs! although generally I should go less mind.

BTW, from your training log. You need to learn a lot about that in order to grow not to mention grow evenly and in the right ways. up until u started doing squats etc, all you train is chest, shoulders and tris?!! A) your strength will never go up as much as you want by doing that and B) you will not get the most out of your sessions because chest shoulders and tris almost primarily use Triceps (Obv true for tris) and therefore your tris will be fcuk'd! Theyl never be given their all out 100%.
