Time to get swole

I'm getting ready to start my first cycle and I was hoping if someone can tell me if I picked the right one. I'm 26 yyrs old weigh 170 lbs. I'm looking to gain size and then cut up at the end. This is what I bought: 400 mg of test every week for 10 wks, 300 mg of anadrol a week for 10 weeks, 50 mg of dbol every day for 5 weeks, 50 mg of winstrol every day for 5 weeks. I also have .25 of arimedex everyday and clomid to close with. Also should I build up to these doses or can I jump right in? Thanks

Yeah Deca would be fine.Either choose d-bol or anadrol but in my opinion i wouldnt run them both.Anadrol for 4 weeks max.Run your liver protectants!!

that is alot of shit for your first cycle bro...and yes..ditch the anadrol and maybe look at only running the dbol at 25mg ED for the first 4 weeks. Much safer for you..plus bro..it is only your first cycle.

weeks 1-4 25mg dbol ED
weeks 1-10 400mg test week
weeks 5-10 50mg winny ED (and if it is injectable...drink the damn stuff)
post cycle clomid starting depending on the type of test you use!!!

arimidex .25mg ED throughout the cycle

this will even be easier on the bank book!!!!!!!!

this combined with a good solid diet, proper rest and hardcore training..you are looking at some good quality lean muscle mass.

what are some good liver protectants? I have milk thistle, saw palmetto and crannberry extract.... And it would be ok for me to take the deca, test and dbol mix. I'm getting ready to start this cycle on Monday.

Yeah run ALA. And that first cyucle you posted...you were about o blow your liver up. Those were a lot of 17's. Shredz recommended a good beginnier cycle, wish I had done that.
