kizer amazes himself yet again
Not even two full weeks into my light cycle (cutting) and 3 weeks into my new diet. Well got bf measured the day my cycle started, 13.1 at 223. 10 days later I am 223 still at 11.3%, still got 6 weeks to go.
Cycle:
Prop 50mg/d
No ester eq 75mg/d
winny 100mg/d
t3 25mcg 5x/week
.25mg/d arimidex
Supps:
Twinlab Maxilife multi 4x/d
2000mg/calcium
1000mg/magnesium
2000mg/Vit C (3000 on training days)
1200IU/vit E (1800 on training days)
300mcg/selenium (400 on T.D.'s)
Milk thistle 2000mg/d
Diet: umm, bland is all I can say. Carbs only come from beans (black usually) brown rice and oats.....except postworkout I have malto/dextrose. Protein is only coming from grilled chicken breasts and protein shakes and occasionally eggs.

people are saying 100mgs/daily of winstrol is ok for advanced users.
but, thats quite a bit of 17AA toxins??
either way thats amazing,
where the hell did you get esterless eq????
just did a source have it or is home brew changed?

no ester eq is my left over chinese food. 17AA is over rated IMO, still not enough that precautions should not be taken but I don't think they are as bad as people make them out to be.

I agree about the liver toxicity, but even I would be worried to run 100mgs of winny like that, hehe/.

14 Days in well 15 actually, 224 @10.4%......looking for 6 or less by the end and at a rate of 1.45 points dropped per week, shouldn't be too hard...btw my only cheat meal so far was a cup of yogurt b/c I couldn't wait for my rice to finish cooking and if I drank another oat filled protein shake it would've wound up wasted in the toilet.

I have the same person do skin caliper tests weekly, I take an avg of a two or three measurements.....I know this is not the most accurate but as long as my skin folds are going down so is my fat %.

well this week sucked, lol......still the same on the diet, no change but no change in body comp.....still 224 at 10.4%......I am upping the t3 to 25mcg daily now instead of 5 days each week, gonna increase the training frequency and possibly toss in more caridio, haha, hell I was only doing it 2-3x per week anyway.

well test it tomorrow, had to lay off some of the gear and get some real arimidex b/c I think the chinese shit I had was sugar pills......should be about the same still, but it is back on this week.
