5th week of sust.
im on duratest250
taking 250mg every 5 days. im on my 5th week and only seen about 5lbs of gains but my bench is up about from 275 x 3 to 275 x 6 i weight about 170.. i justcant seem to add anymore weight and i eat about 200g protien a day avg.. what else should i do to gain more weight.?

How many Carbs?
How many meals in a day?
How much rest are you getting?
At 170Lb on a cycle I would bump the Protein to 250-300.
I'm 180Lbs. and I get 300 natural

No cardio for you either. If that needs to even be said. I am dieting my ass off, hitting cardio every day and have still gained 6 lbs. on 500mgs sust and 600 EQ in my 3rd week. I am eating a lot though just very clean.

body weight is 165-170,
mornings i eat light cause im on the go.. maybe 2 yogarts at 8am then a protien bar at 10am.. then a huge lunch bowl of pasta w 1/2 chicken breast in it.. then at 5 ill have a sandwich or sumthing light then a big dinner steak tips/ rice.. then i work out from 830-10 and ill eat another meal when i get home.
so 2500-3000 cal
150 -250g protien
not sure on carbs ?
first week on my cycle i put on the 4-5 lbs . my appetite was crazy i was always hungry. now i seem not to be hungry enough anymore.
i do cardio 1 or 2 x a week.
so i shouldnt do any cardio?

should i uptake my duratest to 500mg a week? i have 7cc's - 250mg left

I'd add some oatmeal, cottage cheese, gatorade+creatine, milk, ground pork. daily.

just took my 8th shot of duratest 250 the other day.. ive been taking them every 5 days. im only up 7lbs since the start. but my gains are up and i feel harder then ever.. i hope i contiue to gain :/

If you cut the cardio and up the calories to say 3500-4500 per day you will see a weight increase. Being in construction and doing cardio requires alot of calories just to maintain. JMO. Good luck bro.
