    Dbol/Deca/Sus cycle

    Starting my first real cycle monday;

    Week 1-4 20mg dbol ed
    Week 1-8 100mg deca @ 2x per week (200 total)
    Week 1-8 200mg sus @ 2x per week (400 total)
    Week 1-11 25mg proviron
    Week 11 100mg clomid
    week 12 50 mg clomid

    I know its pretty light but Ive done ok doing dbol and deca by themselves, so I should do great combining them. Plus I've never taken Sus so im excited to see what that does. I started the deca already so on week 8 it will be sus only, ive heard its good to continue test a week after last deca shot. I currently weigh 180lbs, 6', 8% bodyfat. Im hoping to reach 200lbs for the first time, I let you guys know!

    Its been 2 weeks now and gained about 15 lbs, mostly all water but im getting stronger already. The dbol kicked in right away and have been very happy with 20mg a day. Eating lots of food, protein shakes, milk, and lots of rest. Im not working right now so I get all the sleep I need and them some! My strength has gone up in everything by about 15-20 percent. I am very surprised at my quick weight gain, id attribute it mostly to the diet and all the sleep. The dbol-sust should start kicking in next week

    if your taking 2 ccs of sus per week that should be 500mg per week(250 per shot) which for your experience level should work well
    well thought out cycle

    im not actually taking 2cc sust a week, only about 1.6cc. Its .8cc each time wich is 200mg sust. Its my first time using a test so I figured my results would be the same if I droped it down just a little. I have the redijects so I draw out .8 and cap it off till next shot, they actually have about 1.1cc in each.

    I was only going to do 250 a week but I pulled the plunger out to far on the first one and lost it. Being one short I had to order another and I figured since it would be a waste to buy just one but didnt want to buy another 8, so I bought 5. Alright now that I see it in writing infront of me it does seem a little stupid. Probably a little too much thought put into it like ive seen in other peoples first cycles.

    Im now at 205lbs, started at 180. Srength has gone up steadily every week, especially this week. Halfway through week 5 right now, I uped my dose of proviron to 50mg ed, my nipples were feeling a little sensitive so hopefully 50mg ed will help. I dont even know if its anything to worry about but I figure 50mg ed for a couple of weeks should help.

    My diet is great about 4000 calories a day, 8-12 hours sleep a day, and rest of day spent relaxing and trying not to burn off any much needed calories. 200-250g protein and lots of carbs. Im not working right now so I can devote as much time as needed to eat & rest. Also take multi, c,e,b-complex,ala,1500mg amino acids a day.
