    Test e, Eq, winny

    Please, guys I need your help for the last 6 week of my cycle..
    I was planing to do this cycle:
    1-12 test e 500mg
    1-12 eq 400mg
    1-2 test p 100mg Eod
    13-15 test p 100mg ed
    10-15 winny 50 mg ed
    15+ my pct
    But due to Some shipping problem I'll be changing to this
    1-14 test e 500mg
    1-12 eq 400mg
    1-2 test p 100mg Eod
    9-15 winny 50 mg ed
    16+ my pct
    Now to my stats:
    my starting stats was 213lb-215lb bf%?? 186cm about 6'2",

    At the begining of week four of my first cycle. My wight got up to 225 lb.

    My current stats are (as the end of week 8)....230lb...for the last 2 weeks. BC, I reduced my cal's.
    Now I'm getting more defind and that's what I'm looking for.
    In the next post I'll post my diet my workout routine, and i'll be waiting for any help/info's.

    Now I started my week 9 on saterday. I started my winny as well. I mix it with 50mg Eq Shake it and shok my self 1/2 am 1/2 pm every day. Is this cool?
    My diet I started this 10 days ago:
    After cordio
    1/2 cup oat, 5 eggs white, 1 scoop whey
    55g p, 30g c, 5g fat

    meal 2
    1 can tuna, 2 clice whole wheat bread
    42g,36, 2g

    meal 3 pre workout:
    1/2 cup oat, 1 scoop whey
    35g, 30g, 5g

    post workout
    30g whey, 50g dixt

    ppwo
    8oz chickien breast+ some kind of soy protine, 1/2 cup brown rice, about 4oz yams
    55g, 50g, 4g

    meal
    can sardine, 4oz samon, some times mixed nuts
    40g, 3g, 20g

    before bed
    1 cup cttage, nuts, 1 table flax oil, 1 tbls benut butter
    40g, 5g, 25g
    Total
    protin 285g, 170g carb, 60g fat
    cals around 2400

    My workout routine
    I do cordio in the am on empty stomch for 45-50 min 6-7 / week
    I work out 3 on, 1 off
    I gotta go eat I'll be back

    I work each mucsles twice every 8 days. I rest 45-30 sec
    day 1 chest/ tris
    Bb bench press 2*5, 3*15
    db incline 2*5, 3*15
    decline flyies 4*15

    CG bench press 2*5, 2*15
    machine dips 2*5, 2*15
    through some push ups to the failuer.

    day2 soulders/ back
    db press 2*5, 3*15
    bb smith machine (2*5 some times I do them standing), 3*15
    WG upright raws 4*15

    db raws 2*5, 3*15
    under hand grip pull dawn 2*5, 3*15
    stright arm pull dawns 4*15
    bb sherugs 2*5, 2*15

    day 3 legs/bi/ calves
    squad 2*5, 3*15
    smith machine launges 2*5, 3*15
    leg extention 4*15
    romanin dead 4*15

    db curles 2*5, 2*15
    preacher curles, 2*5, 2*15
    reverse grip curles 2*15

    leg press calves raises 4*15
    seated calves raises 4*15

    day 4 rest then reabet with some changes
    With this routine, I really get pumbed and sweting like shit, and HR to the max.
    I still Hold fat I wanna get rid off, I would say i'm around 16-15 %
    Please Any suggustion would be appreaciated. Go ahead and flame, But take it easy. I wanna really get the best result out of these 6 week remaining.

    Seems nobody wants to help or not intersted......
    BTW, I did today's injection at once, did not split it, and I don't think I'm goning to any more. once a day is more than enough.
