    My first cycle and it seems to be working

    i am 20 years old ( i know kinna young ) at the start of my cycle i was 5'11 and weighed 175 pounds. here is my cycle any help would be appreciated thanks..

    week 1 100mg decca
    week 2 100mg decca, 125mg sustanon 250
    week 3 200mg decca, 250mg sustanon 250, 4 dbol a day
    week 4 200mg decca, 250mg sustanon 250, 4 dbol a day
    week 5 200mg,decca, 500mg sustanon 250, 4 dbol a day
    week 6 200mg,decca, 500mg sustanon 250, 4 dbol a day
    week 7 200mg,decca, 500mg sustanon 250
    week 8 200mg,decca, 250mg sustanon 250
    week 9 200mg,decca, 125mg sustanon 250
    week 10 200mg,decca
    week 11 100mg,decca
    week 12 100mg,decca
    then clomid 3 weeks after how much do i need to take????

    i just started week 4 today and am weighing in at 181lbs at the start of week 3 i was still 175lbs. my cheeks are kinna puffy but i know thats just water retention. any suggestions on how to reduce that? i only mesured my biceps and they went from 14inch at start of week 3 to 14.75 today (start of week 4)

    On clomid, you want to take 300mg-day 1, 100mg-10 days, 50mg-10 days= 36 clomids

    For water retention you can take arimidex at .25 a day.

    There is NO need to taper the sus at the end of the cycle because it has 4 different esters in it and it is said to tape itself out of the body.

    THAT IS ALOT OF SHIT YOU ARE TAKING, WHAT DO YOU PLAN ON ACHIEVING, YOU WILL PROBABLY GAIN IF YOU EAT RIGHT AND TRAIN RIGHT, AND SLEEP LIKE 30-40LBS. BUT ONLY IF YOU DO IT RIGHT.

    i have been training for a year and a half. my diet consists of 4 meals and 3 protien shakes daily.. breakfast 3 egg whites and one whole egg, non fat yogurt, bagel with non fat cream cheese, protien shake made with bannanas and bluberrys and penutbutter, mid day meal, can of tuna,cottage cheese, another protien shake,dinner 2 chicken breasts or salmon fillets or 1/4 pound lean ground beef, whole wheat rice, veggies,another protien shake.......ever morning i also take multi vitamins and geens plus.... i spend about an hour and a half to two hours at the gym a day................thanks for everyones help so far.....is that trues about the sustanon ?? if it is thanks

    I am natural so I don't know for sure... But from what I've read you need to take your current diet and double it. I eat more than that. What's the point doing a cycle if you're not putting enough food in your body to grow?

    I think you need to up the cal intake as well:

    350g protein = 1400 cals.
    500-600g carbs.= 2000-2400 cals.
    50g fats = 450 cals.

    Total= 3850-4250 cals.

    Split over 6-8 meals
